Enhancing the collaboration between IP and R&D teams at Patsnap

Patsnap is a leading innovation intelligence platform that leverages AI and machine learning to provide insights into patents, intellectual property, and R&D activities. Founded in 2007, Patsnap helps businesses accelerate innovation by offering comprehensive data on global patents, scientific research, and market trends. This enables organizations to make informed strategic decisions, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks in their innovation processes.

I joined Patsnap as a senior designer, where I led the design of Patsnap Discovery. In this role, I was deeply involved in the end-to-end process of building this new product offering. I collaborated closely with business and product teams in the UK, as well as engineering and data science teams in China. My responsibilities included working with product managers and developers on the ideation, design, and implementation of product features.
