Establishing a global on-demand knowledge platform at AlphaSights

AlphaSights is a global knowledge services firm that connects clients with industry experts to provide insights and advice on critical business decisions. By facilitating direct interactions with experts, AlphaSights helps organizations gain actionable intelligence, validate ideas, and navigate complex challenges, driving better outcomes and informed decision-making.

In my role as a senior designer at AlphaSights, my goal was to enhance the overall user experience of the company's suite of products. I worked closely with the software engineering team, designing and building tools that power all company operations. My responsibilities included leading design initiatives, developing UX strategies, conducting user research, and driving the product design function.
